Even recording services for multi-site businesses (including home workers) can be managed from Replay’s management interface.

Retrieving Calls

Recordings are retrieved using a simple Web browser based interface and multi-media PC. Users can select a specific file to review using a simple query interface. Details of the selected recordings are then displayed (call duration, CLI, TLI etc) and can be played through the PC by clicking on the Play button. Audio from the selected file is streamed from the network to the clients PC using Microsoft Windows Media Audio format and can be played using any suitable audio player software. The audio file can also be downloaded for later analysis

Agent Evaluation

Supervisors wishing to Quality evaluate agents call handling have the option to score the call using the 10 configurable fields provided and additional free text/ comments can be inserted within a comment box. The scoring and comment are associated with the specific call for future search and retrieval when the recording is updated.  Should there be a need to store the file for later off-line review, the file can be saved to disk on the local machine.

Statistics

Replay provides online statistics so you can monitor your calls hour by hour, enabling you to change your profiling and call delivery as required.
